1. How do I post a job?

Create an Employer Account, log in, and click on “Post a Job”. Fill out the job title, description, requirements, and location, then publish or save it as a draft.

2. Is there a fee to post jobs?

We offer a 7-day complimentary trial for new employers to post jobs and explore our platform. Following the trial period, your plan will automatically convert to a paid subscription, granting increased visibility and candidate reach. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. How long will my job post stay active?

Standard job listings remain active for 30 days, but you can extend, renew, or upgrade them anytime.

4. Can I manage multiple job posts?

Yes. Your employer dashboard allows you to view, edit, renew, or remove all your job postings in one place.

5. How do I find suitable candidates?

You can browse the Candidate Database (if your plan includes access) or receive applications directly from posted jobs. Filters allow you to search by skills, location, or experience level.

6. How can I contact candidates?

When a candidate applies, you’ll be able to view their profile, resume, and contact details through your dashboard. You can message them directly or schedule interviews.

7. Can I edit or delete a job after posting?

Yes. Go to Dashboard → My Jobs to edit or delete any listing. Changes will appear immediately on the site.

8. How do I pay for job listings or upgrades?

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card or PayPal. You’ll receive an invoice after payment for your records.

9. Can I feature my job listings?

Yes. Featured listings appear at the top of search results and on the homepage, giving your job post greater visibility.

1. How do I create an account?

To get started, click on “Sign Up” and choose the Candidate option. You can register using your email or a social account. Once your profile is set up, you’ll be able to apply for jobs, save listings, and manage applications.

2. How do I apply for a job?

After logging in, browse available jobs or use the search filters (by location, job title, or category). Click on the job you’re interested in and select “Apply Now” to submit your application. Some employers may redirect you to their own career portal.

3. Can I upload my resume or CV?

Yes. You can upload your resume under your Profile section. This allows employers to view your qualifications and helps match you with relevant job postings.

4. How do I track my applications?

You can view all your job applications under your Dashboard → My Applications. Each listing will show your application status (e.g., Submitted, Viewed, Shortlisted).

5. Can I edit my profile or resume after applying?

You can update your profile or resume anytime. However, updates made after an application has been submitted may not be visible to that employer unless you reapply or contact them directly.

6. Are there any fees for candidates?

No, creating an account and applying for jobs is completely free for candidates.

7. How can I get job alerts?

Enable job alerts in your profile settings to receive notifications via email when new jobs match your criteria.

8. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email
